Introducing Rachael Eller

We would like to welcome our new Office Manager and Research Database Administrator, Rachael Eller.

Dear Members,

My name is Rachael Eller and I'm excited to be a part of the CDH International family.

I am also the new Research Survey Manager at CDH International and part of my job is to get every family involved in research.  The CDH Research Survey is one of the most important ways for you to contribute to the fight against Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. Whether you registered a few days ago or a few years ago, we truly want to thank you for your interest in participating in the CDH Research Survey.

It is incredibly important that all of the research questions are completed - the more information we have about your experience with CDH, the closer we will be to stopping CDH from affecting other families.

You can learn more about the CDH Research Survey and how the project combines data with DHREAMS and the CDH Study Group to work together in the search for the cause, prevention and better treatments of CDH at  You can also see data results in real time.

Please note that the survey is 100% safe, confidential and HIPAA compliant.  Your information is deidentifed and anonymous.  We take the safety of your personal information very seriously and have a security expert overlooking the data 24/7.

If your child is over 1 year old or a non-survivor you can visit to see is your  account has now been approved to participate in the survey.  If it is not approved but should be, please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at any time.
